Built and led a Creative Technology team that challenged the agency and its clients to adopt new ways of working, new tools and new mindsets to become more innovative and take advantage of emerging technologies. Accountable for all digital work product created by the agency.

Standardized tools and processes, using Sketch, Node.js, Bootstrap, Git, Gulp, Atlassian Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud. Instituted design thinking best practices. Created agency education program for new technologies. Led design and development of applications built on Node.js, Backbone.js, AngularJS, THREE.js and D3.js.
